Based on your personal style, budget and vision, Lucky Penny Event Planning assembles a custom list of vendors to achieve the personality you desire to see come to life. We will also scout out the perfect venue for you!
Lucky Penny Event Planning reviews vendor contracts to verify enough hours have been booked, that there will be enough space and food, and if additional help is needed for the event (bartenders, valets, servers, etc.).
Vendor/Venue Communication and Confirmation
To ensure a smooth event, Lucky Penny Event Planning contacts and communicates with all vendors and the venue within 30 days prior to the event to finalize details.
We will coordinate lodging for the couple.
Creation of Event Timeline
Your planner create a day-of event timeline to verify nothing is overlooked and everything runs efficiently.
Ceremony and Reception Design and Execution
Lucky Penny Event Planning will provide ideation or assist you with event design and styling, infusing your personal style. Lucky Penny will create a color scheme, styling ideas, source styling supplies and create a personalized style board.
Assist in Obtaining Marriage Licence
We will be there to guide you through the process of obtaining a marriage license in Gunnison County.
Day of Management
Just as it sounds, a Lucky Penny Event Planning Consultant will be at your event from start to finish, executing what you planned and troubleshooting the unexpected.
