We absolutely love having clients over! Our showroom consults are free. They range from 30 min to an hour. Browse to the top of the page to schedule.

Rates are based on a 72 hour rental period (or less). Contact us for extended rental costs.
Will call: you may pick up your rentals the day before event and return the day after event.
Delivery: we can deliver day before or same day, pick-up day after or same day.

Orders are delivered to a designated area of the venue determined prior to delivery. Pickup will be at the same location. Delivery costs vary and depend on the order size, complexity, location, and delivery/pick-up times. The delivery and setup charge will show as “Service” on your quote. Please contact us for an accurate quote.

The following situations would accrue additional charges:
1- Late pick-up (7pm or later)
2- Ealy pick-up (before 8am)
3- Delivery crew having to wait more than 30 min to gain access to venue. To avoid this we suggest you stagger your deliveries so your vendors are not fighting for loading zone/parking or elevator etc.
4- Elevators or staircases
5- Extended distance from unload area to setup area

The remaining balance and final counts are due two weeks prior to the event.

By processing your order with a signed Rental Agreement and a 50 percent non-refundable deposit, you are holding specific items for your event date. Once you have placed your deposit, you have until 2 weeks before your event for any final changes. Changes MAY NOT decrease your total order total by more than 10%. Tents are the one item that MAY NOT be removed from a reservation.

Make sure your on-site coordinator is there to let movers in and provide instructions.
We place furniture according to floor plan previously shared with us or instructions by the on-site coordinator.
Decor and styling is a separate service, if you did not hire us for styling then all pillows, vases, votives, etc is supplied in a box for you to unpack and decorate.

After end of event:
Tables must be free of any drinks, food or decor and wiped clean.
Pack up all décor items and wrap carefully and place back into our supplied boxes before our movers arrive.
Plates and flatware must be scarped and rinsed of food. We will handle washing and sanitizing.
Failure to do so  could result in additional fees.

Our rentals can be used outside if it is a dry day.
Rentals cannot be left outside if it is raining. Rain can be quite damaging to our inventory.

Tarps must be placed under rugs for outdoor use.

We require a 30 day notice for any cancellations. Your 50% retainer is not refundable at any point.

We’re happy to assist you in picking out the right rentals for your theme and venue design. We also provide event design services at an extra fee. If we are setting up a tent in a location we have never been to prior, we will do a complementary visit in Gunnison County. Venues outside the county will incur a fee.

We get it, it happens. Lucky Penny won’t be mad but will charge you a replacement fee which is typically four to five times the rental cost of each item.

Missing rentals: it is the renter’s responsibility to locate missing rentals from venue and bring back to our warehouse. If they cannot be found, renter will pay for replacement costs

Damaged rentals: renter will need to cover either cleaning fee or the replacement cost of damaged item.

Absolutely, yes. We do take on a limited number of event rentals each week to be able to allot our clients the setup and breakdown time that is needed. Worth noting, we no not setup and breakdown items that are not ours.

In order to secure our rental pieces and delivery services, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer payment of 50 percent of your grand total. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event date. On short notice orders (less than 2 weeks), payment is required in full.
