When Hascal’s mother and sister-in-law reached out to Lucky Penny with intentions of planning an amazing proposal, the LP team had no idea just how extravagant this proposal was going to be. When it came to the execution, Tim knew that he wanted to propose during their first visit to Crested Butte. Because Hascal grew up on a ranch where she enjoyed riding horses, a horseback ride at Fantasy Ranch seemed like the perfect setting to pop the question. Southwest Wedding Vibes at Cement Creek Ranch in Crested Butte was the inspiration behind this off-the-grid styled photoshoot. Cement Creek Ranch’s 100-acre property that includes a semicircle barn was a perfect fit for the vision behind this shoot that was published on Rocky Mountain Bride’s online blog. Burgundy, tan, yellows, and deep teals united to uniquely tie all of the elements together.

2017 Lucky Penny Events Year-End Review

This year was filled with whirlwind moments and utter joy. It was sincerely Lucky Penny’s best year yet. Between May 28 and October 14, me and my growing team successfully designed, planned, coordinated and executed 18 weddings and rehearsals, one two-day bike race, one three-day business retreat, one wedding proposal and four photo shoots.

Steps to Running a Wedding Rehearsal
