Wildflower & Sailcloth Tent Wedding Rehearsal

A little back story to Paige and Tyler’s engagement…After an amazing day of skiing at Crested Butte, Tyler and Paige headed back to the house. Tyler lit candles from the house all the way down to the fire pit and right there, under a clear night sky, thousands of stars, with a stunning view, he asked her to marry him. Fast forward to the wedding week, Tyler and Paige wanted to share that exact view and fire pit with their family and friends. So, for their Crested Butte wedding rehearsal that all guests were invited to, a sheer top tent was set up in the backyard with a bright and wildflower design and a s’more station right next to “that” fire pit.

For the style and design, Lucky Penny went for bright and cheery and style that captures the laid-back vibe of Colorado’s Wildflower Capital, Crested Butte. Because of the ranch vibe, farm tables and cross back chairs were used. To continue a boho look, an indigo runner was placed down the middle of each table. An eclectic mix of bud vases and bright wildflowers adorned the runner. In addition, each guest arrived to a place setting with a navy salad plate and a white and navy trimmed napkin. All water goblet were a different shape and color just to add some more character and brightness. Meanwhile, guests helped themselves to canned beer at the “Watering Hole” that was found in old washtubs filled with ice. Third Bowl ice cream truck parked in the driveway serving eight different flavors of ice cream! In short, it was a magical night under the stars.
