Field Operations Manager

Lucky Penny is looking for a steady, organized, solutions-oriented human to help lead our rental operations through Crested Butte’s busy wedding season. This role supports the behind-the-scenes magic: coordinating inventory movement, overseeing load-outs and returns, supporting the rental crew on event days, and ensuring each couple’s rental order is accurate, polished, and delivered on time. You’ll collaborate closely with Ciera, communicate with clients and vendors, and keep our rental warehouse running smoothly. This position runs May through through October. 
Starting pay: $28, with opportunities for growth based on performance.

Rental Ninja (Field Crew)

If you love working with your hands, being outside, traveling around the valley, and being part of a fun, fast-paced team, this role is for you. Our Rental Ninjas load trailers, deliver and set up rental items on-site, support tent installations, and return everything safely to the warehouse. Expect physical work, gorgeous views, teamwork, and a lot of pride in building unforgettable events. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds consistently. This position rund the end of May through mid-October. 
30–40+ hours per week | Starting at $25/hr.

Dishwasher & Warehouse Support

A flexible, independent role perfect for someone who wants consistent hours but freedom during the day. Our Dishwasher processes returned rentals by cleaning dishware, glassware, and decor, and ensures everything is polished and ready for the next event. Hours can be completed any time of day before orders go out! 
15–20 hours per week | Starting at $25/hr.
