Rental
By signing the Rental Agreement, the Client authorizes Lucky Penny Event Rentals to charge the card on file for any additional fees incurred as described herein. If payment cannot be processed, the Client will be invoiced, and payment will be due immediately upon receipt.

general terms
All rented items must be returned in the same condition they were received. The Client assumes responsibility for all rental items during the entire rental period (delivery or pickup through return or pickup by Lucky Penny Event Rentals).
Damage Fees
Any item returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed at the sole discretion of Lucky Penny Event Rentals. Damage fees are determined based on actual repair or replacement costs, including labor and materials required. Examples include but are not limited to, broken furniture, chipped glassware, ripped linens, stains, or water damage.
Cleaning Fees
If rented items require additional or specialized cleaning due to excessive dirt, mud, food, candle wax, wine stains, smoke, or any residue beyond ordinary use, a cleaning fee will be charged. Minimum cleaning fees start at $50 per affected item or as determined by Lucky Penny Event Rentals based on the severity of the cleaning required.
Lost or Missing Items
Any rented items that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or not returned will incur a replacement fee equal to the full current retail replacement value of the item(s), plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
Notification and Charges
The Client will be notified via email within seven (7) days following the event regarding any fees assessed for damage, cleaning, or replacement. The credit card on file will be charged automatically unless alternate payment arrangements are made within five (5) days of notification.
