  • CEREMONY REHEARSAL FACILITATION – Attend rehearsal to direct the walk-through, and coordinate and ceremony details.
  • DAY OF MANAGEMENT – A Lead Planner and an Assistant Planner will be at your event from start to finish, executing what you planned and troubleshooting the unexpected. This includes setup, breakdown, and returning items such as leftover food, cake, cards, and gifts to a predesignated person or place.

  • VENDOR MANAGEMENT | From the moment of booking, Lucky Penny will act as the main contact and communicate all details through the entire planning process from confirming availability, requesting proposals, and conducting negotiations, if possible.
  • WEDDING WEBSITE | Provide verbiage for the wedding website for travel details, places to stay, where to eat and other local details of Crested Butte. We will also review your wedding website.
  • ATTENDANCE TO VENDOR MEETINGS – Schedule and accompany you at vendor meetings, virtually or in person.
  • VENUE SITE INSPECTION | Provide ideas for the ceremony and reception venues.
  • CONTRACT REVIEW | Review your vendor contracts to avoid and redundancies or unreasonable costs.
  • STATIONARY COORDINATION | Manage the design and production of your invitation and printed goods. If your artist does not include packaging and sending of the invitations, our team will do so.
  • GUESTLIST MANAGEMENT | If you would like to have your RSVP cards returned to the Lucky Penny PO BOX, we will manage the attendance and food preference of invited guests.
  • WELCOME BAGS & FAVORS | Ideation, shopping, and assembly of welcome bags and/or favors.
  • TRANSPORTATION | Arrange and coordinate all day of transportation for the wedding party and guests.
  • HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS | Coordinates blocks of rooms at selected hotels and negotiates discounted rates.

Rehearsal Dinner Coordination

*Final cost depends on venue, number of guests, and number of assists needed*

Rehearsal dinners are joyous occasions! They offer intimate opportunities for those you love to be in the same room for a once in a lifetime experience. Here your close family, out-of-town wedding guests and the wedding party will enjoy giving toasts and wishing the couple well on the eve of their wedding day. Let Lucky Penny take the lead in planning this important event, so you may relax and enjoy being with your dear family and friends.

This package includes an average of 18 hours of wedding rehearsal dinner planning and coordination.

  • Set-up wedding rehearsal venue and vendor appointments.
  • Obtain quotes and negotiate terms and contracts with wedding rehearsal venue and vendors. The Clients will sign the contract.
  • One personal face-to-face rehearsal dinner planning meeting with the venue as well as a walk-through. Two hours total.
  • One Lucky Penny Lead Planner present at the wedding rehearsal dinner.
  • Provide unlimited rehearsal dinner planning through email communication relating to etiquette protocol, budgeting, design, vendor relations, etc.
  • Collaborate with client and chosen vendors to assist with designing the rehearsal dinner including color, theme, decor, floral design, linen choices and seating design.
  • Facilitate the design of the rehearsal dinner by overseeing installations, maintaining proper lighting and sound, as well as ensuring that décor, and centerpieces are accurately placed on the tables and include the correct table cards, place cards, number of chairs, favors, family & bridal party gifts, etc.
  • Prepare custom made Rehearsal Dinner Timeline, including cocktail hour, dinner reception, special readings, and toasts.
  • Reconfirm vendors 1-2 weeks prior to the rehearsal dinner to ensure proper setup of their services
