Pricing
Our pricing is structured at 12 percent of your total wedding or event costs, excluding planning fees, wedding attire, wedding rings, and guest lodging.
We implement a minimum flat fee of $12,000.
For events outside the Crested Butte area, lodging and travel are added to the final invoice.
Investments are collected in two installments: an initial $6,000 payment, followed by the remaining percentage.
The final amount is confirmed two weeks before your wedding or event date.

Communication and coordination with all vendors from start to finish
Booking, coordination, and management of all rental orders
Negotiation and coordination of hotel room blocks with preferred rates
Arrangement and coordination of all wedding day transportation for the wedding party and guests
Packaging, sealing, and mailing of invitations
Manage the attendance and food preferences of guests
Creation of the whole wedding weekend timeline
Attendance at the final site visit
Curation, shopping, and assembly of welcome bags
Attend the ceremony rehearsal to direct the walk-through and coordinate the ceremony details
Unlimited coordination hours for day-of management of timeline and vendor details (staffed by two or more coordinators)
