Chairs will be delivered with a black chair protective cover without a chair pad attached. They will also be delivered in a stack. These chairs are not waterproof and must be protected from weather. Lucky Penny will unstack, and place for an additional $1.50 each chair. If you would also like chair pads tied one, unstacked and placed, this will be an additional $2 per chair.
